I may be restating something here, but I have to critique this for the anatomy, which I don't quite understand in this image. The face looks fine, and the individual details such as the clothing and the effects are quite vivid, but I can only attempt a brief list of my confusion here.
First, her neck seems thin, and it bleeds immediately into her breasts with no clavicle or room for her shoulders. Her waist is then so small that if you look, her individual thigh is actually thicker. The arm on the right side is twisted and either her elbow is even with her ribs or it's broken. It's supposed to be even with her waist.
Her hips seem strangely twisted with the rest of her body and I cannot tell where both of her legs are supposed to be exactly. I can see one on the right, but the other just sort of drips away and appears 'behind' the other when it should be in front of it. I can't even SEE an arm on the left side holding that gun, but I assume one is there.
The detail work is very nice, but it's much too muddy and busy to make any sense of it, and it certainly shouldn't be used as a substitute for the anatomy.
If you're trying to practice color theory I recommend you stick to a theme such as a triad or a complimentary first and then work to something this complex.
